This chair has a nice high back. I'm 6'5" and 240lb and can set the neck pillow higher than even I need it.The armrests have zero adjustability. After a few weeks of use, I'm getting ready to tighten them again because they are starting to wobble on mine. Again I'm 240lb, but I don't lean on them heavily.The seat is flat, thin, and lacks any real cushioning. It is in my opinion the weakest feature of the chair. After a few hours of sitting, my butt is sore.
