I kids bought this game and I love it for some fun gambling when they have their friends over. So I bought the game for game night. I was a little disappointed that the horses were not made of metal instead of hard plastic considering the price of the game. But it’s still good quality. And the board itself is beautiful and sturdy. I’m very happy with it!We are very pleased with the quality of this game board & pieces! This has become a family favorite & several extended family members & friends have also purchased this game! It’s addicting to play & creates many hours of togetherness! We love It!This is an awesome game and super fun for all ages. We play with quarters (.25) across the board. I wish the horses were metal and not plastic.We have had this at several parties and is always a hit! And the quality of the board is top notch!This is an incredible game to have for parties. Any easy to play and well crafted board .I purchased one of the games for my son and liked it so much I decided to buy another one for me. Item delivered, pack of cards inside were opened and had been clearly used and no stickers in the box for numbering the horses. It was a very expensive game for not having everything in the boxHaven't had chance to play yet, but the board looks good and is nicely finished. It is made of some sort of fiberboard with a walnut veneer on the top and bottom. The edges where the fiberboard shows are sanded nice and smooth and complement the top.Super simple game - great for having people over. You can converse and play at the same time. We played for cash- .25/.50/$1/$2 - bring $30 in change! It says 2-4players, but we played with 6 and it was fine :)Way over priced, poor quality. Veneer top was chipped in multiple spots and the sides are not finished in walnut type finish as shown in picture. Horses are plastic and get stuck in some of the holes. Shop around, they are better boards of solid wood for 1/2 the price.
